Delivery conditions

The ordered goods are delivered in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein . They are sent by La Poste or any other carrier designated by Jules C. Binder SA. Delivery is made within 3 to 7 working days from full payment of the price corresponding to the order.

However, some order volumes may require a longer delivery time. This will be expressly mentioned to the user when confirming their order.

Shipping costs

We apply a single flat rate per order of CHF 15.90 and a supplement of CHF 9.00 for long products (≥ 2 m).

Withdrawal

Purchased products can be returned within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the items delivered are:

• Intact,
• Complete,
• In their original packaging (with any documentation and delivery note).

Returns of goods must be previously reported to Jules C. Binder SA, which will provide the address to which the items should be returned. The risks and costs relating to shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
